How to Order

To order just place items in shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once order is placed we will contact you via email or phone to arrange payment.

For account holders goods will be invoiced with delivery. For non account holders payment can be made via direct deposit, cheque, money order, credit card over the phone or over the counter at our store (EFTPOS available).

We will use one of  three delivery services :  Australia Post, our courier network, or a direct Growing Child representative.

Orders may also be collected over the counter at our store.

We will contact all customers via either phone or email and advise which delivery method is best before any payment is made or invoice issued.

Please check your goods against your receipt or invoice. Claims must be made within five working days of delivery date. Any damaged goods will be replaced free of charge. Any returns must be authorized before being sent.
